For nearly 16 years, LEAP (Laboratoire Européen d’Anticipation Politique founded by Franck Biancheri), via its monthly publication GEAB (Global Europe Anticipation Bulletin), has been consciously practising anticipation and drawing lessons from it, resulting in a formalisation that has been steadily progressing since 2009.
