As if there was time to lose…

… knowing that that’s what #LEAP2020 was working on with the institutions in the framework of the “EU governance 2020” project tightly linked with the EC Task Force on “Governance reform” back in 2000!!!!

Of course at the time the EC’s secretary general, David O’Sullivan, made sure that the resulting White Book on reform was cleanly burried…

Read Vision Europe 2020 book (french) which wrapped up all our EU Governance 2020 “anticipation” seminar…

… Sachant que #LEAP2020 a travaillé exactement sur ce sujet avec les institutions nationales et européennes, et plus particulièrement la Task Force “réforme de la gouvernance“, dans le cadre du projet “Quelle gouvernance pour l’UE en 2020?”  Retour en l’an 2000!!!!

Bien entendu à l’époque le secrétaire général de la Commission européenne, David O’Sullivan, a tout fait pour enterrer proprement le Livre Blanc…

Nous vous invitons à relier le livre Vision Europe 2020 dans lequel sont rassemblés l’ensemble des travaux de ces séminaires d’anticipation sur la gouvernance de l’UE en 2020:

Chapitre premier : “Le système communautaire en crise. Une crise de la relation institutions-citoyens”

… il vaut mieux en rire qu’en pleurer …
