A more democratic Europe with more influence worldwide, such is the project Franck Biancheri has been relentlessly fighting 30 years long, until he died. If this fight took on various forms along the years, Franck Biancheri always was careful that no specific interest group (institution, community, economic group, ideology…) has any hold over it.
